Our tidy-up dates for the next 5 months are now scheduled. The first is Saturday 15 August. We'll be meeting outside the shelter at 11.00 am and sprucing things up for a couple of hours - sweeping the paths and picking up deadwood. This morning's tidy-up went well and was enjoyable. It was a lovely, sunny morning, and although several members of our team are away on holiday, we managed to complete all the tasks on the agenda...entrances and paths were swept, circles around the base of our saplings, weeded and mulched, trees pruned, deadwood removed...A good morning's work! Once again, a big thank you to everyone involved. 😄

Just a reminder....We'll be meeting for the first of our autumn tidy-ups this coming Saturday14th September at 11am. The weather forecast looks promising, so we should be able to complete all the tasks on the agenda...sweeping, litter picking, weeding, deadwood removal etc. Please join us, if you can.
